Everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number by email.

The majority of orders are shipped via UPS Ground. The carrier used for your order is determined at the time of fulfillment based on your location, package size, and availability.
Express shipping options are available at checkout, where applicable to your delivery location.
Delivery Times
Transit times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While we make every effort to ship promptly, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
- Address correction or re-routing requests after an order has shipped may incur additional charges.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, re-shipping fees will apply.
Canadian Customers
For orders shipping to Canada, all applicable sales taxes and import duties are collected at checkout. There are no surprise charges upon delivery.
The amounts collected depend on your province and the product category. All fees are calculated and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Damaged Items
All orders are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. However, if your item arrives in a damaged condition, please act promptly:
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
- Do not dispose of damaged items before we have reviewed your claim.
