Return Policy

We accept returns on new, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date — for both defective and non-defective items. This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States and Canada.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order

How to Start a Return

Email info@exitsignshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review and confirm eligibility within one business day. Do not ship items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Returns are shipped by mail. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Restocking Fee

A 3% restocking fee (calculated on the product price) applies to all approved returns.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If you have not received your refund after 14 days, contact us at info@exitsignshop.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@exitsignshop.com within 30 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
