Important Safeguards

• External illumination source required.
• Minimum external illumination: 5 foot-candles / 54 lux of unfiltered light on the sign face.
• Sign should be charged for a minimum of 60 minutes to obtain full operating condition.
• External illumination source must be reliable, energized at all times during building occupancy, and supplied by a circuit not controlled by automatic timers or sensors.
• Lighting levels on the sign face should be confirmed after any change in external lighting type or level.
• Periodic inspections are recommended in accordance with applicable codes.
• Install indoors only, away from direct sunlight, liquid spray, and temperatures outside +10°C to 40°C.
• Cleaning the sign face with a damp cloth is recommended during monthly inspections.

Installation

• Wall mount: use the two hanging holes on the back of the sign with expansion pipes and screws.
• Ceiling mount: canopy accessories are included and can be fixed to the top of the sign with four screws, then mounted to the ceiling.
